The Earth’s seasonal transitions are the perfect time to get clear on your priorities, clear away old baggage and set new intentions for the coming months.

Our upcoming Spring Series draws upon the very transformational energy of the Spring Season and the powerful Spring Equinox. We work with the Spring themes of ~ re-birth ~ balance ~ new beginnings ~ emergence.

When: Series starts in early March, (just in time to prepare for the Spring Equinox) and meets the following 4 weeks.

In addition to meditations, our Spring Series also includes “off the cushion” practices that inspire and support, not only a regular meditation practice, but also give you the tools to make meditation and mindfulness part of your everyday life ~ where it matters the most ~ in the heat of the moment.

This 5-week series includes weekly:

  1. Guided Virtual-Live Meditation - A 1/2 hour combo of a lesson, explaining the theme of the week, and a guided meditation to practice. As always, we will be tapping into the infinite wisdom of the body using our unique style of meditation called Body Centered Meditation (BCM) practice.

  2. Mini ResetsQuick 1-5 minute mini-practices that support the theme of the week. They are quick opportunities to re-set, re-focus and use your practice throughout your day.

  3. Mindful Moment Emails – Emails with inspiring quotes and ideas that you can play with throughout the day to experience your practice in everyday situations.

  4. Recorded - If you can’t attend a class

  5. Q & A - After every class you have an opportunity to get your questions answered, share your wins and ah'ha's or voice your concerns live, directly with your meditation instructor.

The meditations, Mini Resets and Mindful Moments are all designed to be done anywhere ~ anytime.
