Laurie Silver, founder of In Harmony Meditation and Mindfulness, has been teaching and practicing meditation and mindfulness for over 20 years. She brings together a background of formal education, specifically focused in the sciences, and an extensive participation in spiritual studies and teachings. This eclectic mix combined with her​ experience in the corporate world is what inspired her unique style of meditation and mindfulness programs.

Specifically, Laurie specializes in helping busy, high-performing professionals find moments of calm and focus in their hectic workdays. Her simple practices have proven to reduce stress, increase focus and creativity, and help promote a more positive work environment through improved colleague collaboration and team building.
