Private Focused Sessions

We can meet in person at your location or virtual-live via Zoom. This is a great option for team leaders and upper management that want be at the top of their game in order to better motivate and inspire their teams.

Guided Team Meditations

Give your team the opportunity to re-fresh and re-focus during the workday by offering a weekly meditation program. In addition to guided meditations, all of our programs include practical tools and strategies that can be practiced anywhere ~ anytime – during the day, in the heat of the moment. Nothing special needed to practice! All programs are custom designed to support the unique needs and goals of your company. We meet virtual-live, via Zoom so people can join from the office, home or wherever they are.

Conferences

Keep the energy level up and momentum going at your conferences by offering your attendees meditation classes and/or mind breaks before, during and after your conferences. We have custom program options and packages ranging from relaxing “Zen” lounges, where your participants can relax, connect and re-charge, to meditation classes for participant break-out options.
