Deepen your meditation practice and ultimately enrich your life by learning about and experiencing the miraculous power of the bodies energy systems.

Having a working knowledge of these systems is key to not only deepening the quality of your meditation, but it also has huge implications in the areas of personal presence, our ability to heal ourselves and our overall happiness and wellbeing.

First, we explore the bandhas, or “body locks” that allow us to contain and direct the flow of energy through our bodies.  The ability to contain and direct our energy gives us a strong and powerful personal presence. When our energy is big AND contained, we show up confident, graceful and magnetic.  People are drawn to us!   

Next, we delve into the main chakra system and its amazing properties of healing and balance.  Each of the 7 main chakras is associated with specific nerves, organs, bones and joints in our body.  Understanding their different properties and how to recognize when they are out of balance, gives us powerful tools for self-healing and deepened self-awareness. 

DATES AND TIMES AND INCLUSIONS

The series is 12 weeks. Day and Time TBD

Each Class Is:

  • Recorded – If you can’t attend a class

  • ½ hour, 1 day a week for 12 weeks

  • 5-10 minute Meditation Lesson

  • 20- 25 minute Guided Meditation Practice

  • Weekly Mini-Resets to practice during the week – “off the cushion” where life is happening.

  • Live Q & A with Laurie to share questions, ah-ha’s, concerns.
