Equip your teen with tools to powerfully navigate all the stressors of teen-life. School, college-prep, test taking and presentations, athletics and competition, job interviewing, and peer relationships are just a few of the many things they deal with daily.

In this program, teens get to experience their own personal power.  The practices help them reduce stress and anxiety, increase focus, self-esteem, confidence, compassion, and emotional resilience (their ability to roll with uncertainty and rapidly changing life).   The tools they gain in this series will support them through their teen years into adulthood. Teen peers help teach and lead the classes.
